Specialty Wheel chrome wheels are warranted to the original purchaser only for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All of Specialty's wheels are warranted for defects in workmanship or material only.

This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, neglect, abuse, or improper tire mounting, usage, damage in shipment, or application, nor does it apply to any painted finish. Specialty assumes no responsibility for diagnosis, removal and installation labor, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, inconvenience, and painting or any other consequential damages or expenses.

If, after inspection by Specialty, and if, in its sole discretion, Specialty determines a wheel to be defective, Specialty’s only obligation under this warranty is to replace or provide the equivalent value of the defective wheel. Those claiming under this warranty shall, at Specialty's option, have the following remedy in substitution for all other remedies or rights: the right to (a) repayment; (b) credit towards the purchase price of a new wheel; or, (c) replacement of said wheel. All returned items MUST BE accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a Return Authorization Number.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other liabilities, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
